The Sneaky Cauldron appears, as if by magic, on key dates throughout the year.. Winter Solstice, April Fool’s Day, Hogwarts Battle. As is fitting for a magical tavern, there is no certainty. However, we can confirm the following magical mixology sessions:

What can I expect at The Sneaky Cauldron?
Fun, magical, yummy cocktails and mocktails and more in a 1500-year old spellbinding inn. You will have an arrival drink plus two cocktails/mocktails ready for you to brew.
How long is the experience?
The duration of each session will vary a little but will be around 90 minutes long.
Will there by merchandise for sale?
You will enter The Sneaky Cauldron through Quizzic Alley, Australia’s most magical store. You will have plenty of time to browse our huge selection of licensed Harry Potter™️ merch.
What is the dress code?
Get ready to dress up to the 9¾!! Don your best wizarding robe and grab your wand!! Although there is no requirement to dress up, it’s so much more fun if you do. Quizzic Alley has robes and accoutrements for sale online and in-store.
How many people in each session?
The Sneaky Cauldron is an intimate little inn and we really can’t fit any more than 20 people in at once. We really need a minimum of about 15 to run a session in which case we would get in touch with you to reschedule.
What happens if I arrive late?
The Potions Master will not be happy! Plus, as we must start on time, you will miss out on some of the magical fun! You may also have to wait a bit to be let into the room. We will do our best to catch you up but there will be no refunds for late arrivals.
Do you cater for food allergies?
We will do our best to cater for allergies but please advise us upon booking. There is a note section when making your booking where you can include details of anyone with an allergy. Please also remind us upon arrival at The Sneaky Cauldron.
Can I make a group booking?
You can book as many as you like up to the maximum capacity of the room (20). All times are publicly available though so we cannot guarantee a private session for less than 20. You are welcome to take advantage of any relevant discounts at the time of booking or you can email us with details of your proposed group booking. For groups of 15+ we are happy to consider a special, exclusive session.
What about parking?
There is plenty of street parking around Quizzic Alley.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes but our toilets are not wheelchair friendly.
What should I bring?
Please bring a wand. If you don’t have one, Quizzic Alley will have a range of wands for sale, starting at $19.95 for a unique handmade wand.
